Audio Recordings

These are audio recordings for people diagnosed with cancer.

They are recordings of offerings from a lecture series I created, while I was recovering from cancer. (For this reason, the present tense is used, and I refer to myself as in the process of recovering.)

Each lecture includes a presentation of one or more mind/body interventions I used during that recovery which I found helpful.
